New Edgebanding Equipment Added (11/2009)
Automatic Edgebanding Machine
We have added an automatic edgebander to our shop machinery. This new machine makes it possible for us to edgeband your parts in very short order. At 15 feet per minute it, again, helps us increase our efficiency and productivity thus passing savings on to you.

3D Cabinet Design Services (8/2009)
Kitchen 3D Rendering
We now have some pretty sophisticated design software we use to design cabinetry in full 3D and can show our customers photo renderings of what their project will look like. To increase productivity we can have this software package output files to the CNC machine to cut all the cabinet parts. Basically we have “art to part” capability.

Equipment upgrade (5/2009)
Our CNC cutting and carving capabilities have been significantly upgraded. We can now cut single sheets up to 8 feet long and 5 feet wide and 5 inches thick. This has made it possible for us to significantly improve our shop productivity and efficiency. We can take a sheet of plywood and turn it into high end mortise and tenon joinery cabinet parts ready to assemble in about 8 minutes. With the increased capacity, sign carving is now greatly enhanced to be able to produce bigger and better carvings for our customers. The accuracy of the new machine is also much better.
